Siveele B.V. provides wide range of natural antimicrobials which includes Nataseen-S. It belongs to Nataseen - Natamycin (Pimaricin) category. It contains natamycin and sodium chloride, used in many food applications to inhibit yeasts and moulds. It has natural and non-animal source and effective against yeasts and moulds. It extends shelf life and effective over a wide range of pH values (3-9). It has no effect on bacteria, making it useful for food products produced by bacterial cultures.
