Product description

NOVELOSE® 330 is a retrograded resistant starch (RS3) derived from high amylose maize characterised by low water holding capacity and high process tolerance. It is suitable for a variety of applications, particularly clinical nutrition and extruded foods. NOVELOSE® 330 is a fibre enhancer, its usage levels will depend on the fibre level, physiological or textural benefit that is required.
