Product description
NUTRALYS® T PEA 702M is a textured pea protein in minced shape, part of Roquette's NUTRALYS® range. It contains a minimum of 70% protein on a dry substance basis and delivers a fibrous texture with good juiciness, making it a versatile base for structured plant-based meat and hybrid meat formulations.
The product offers fast hydration, in 15 minutes or less, along with a high hydration capacity of up to 6.5 times its weight in water, supporting efficient processing for manufacturers. Its minced shape and textural attributes make it well suited for savory applications, including plant-based meat and fish, as well as hybrid meat products that combine plant and animal proteins.
As a formulation enabler, NUTRALYS® T PEA 702M also supports ingredient reduction and replacement strategies, helping food manufacturers build appealing, protein-rich plant-based alternatives.
