Oldenburger Maasdam is perfect as garnish on salads or warm dishes. This delicious cheese is available as 12.5kg "wheel" and 15kg block for professional use. Ingredients are pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet, colouring: beta-carotene, preservative: sodium nitrate, natamycin (only or surface treatment).
