10 kg box, 25 kg box, 2kg sheet butter for puff pastry; for Industrial and professional use we produce different qualities of organic butter, depending on the requirements of the application. We supply butter with a hardness fluctuating with the season, but also firm seasonal butter and winter butter. Our butter sheets have a perfectly homogenous and flexible texture, perfect for puff pastry.
