Premium Matcha Powder

Sourced from Jingshan, Hangzhou, China, a historic region recognized as the birthplace of powdered tea culture, our premium matcha represents centuries of tea-making tradition combined with modern quality standards.

Grown in the misty mountain environment of the golden tea belt at approximately 30° latitude, our matcha is produced from carefully selected young leaves from the first harvest. The tea plants are shade-grown for over three weeks before harvesting to develop a vibrant colour, smooth texture, and balanced flavour profile.

Using traditional stone milling techniques, the leaves are finely ground to 1200 mesh to preserve the natural characteristics of matcha. Suitable for functional beverages, nutritional powders, food applications, and premium wellness formulations.
