Qingdao Lulin Processed Vegetable Co., Ltd. is a professional manufactory specializing in dehydrated vegetables such as dehydrated garlic and dehydrated white onion. The company was founded in 1991 and was designed for an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons. It is located in Dongzhuangtou, Laixi, Qingdao, one of China’s six largest wholesale vegetable markets, which has over 800,000 mu (about 131,796 acres) of vegetable plantation covering an area of 60 square kilometers, 80 kilometers from Qingdao Port and 40 kilometers from the airport.
The company has been registered with CIQ(China entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine)and is the only dehydration factory in Qingdao which was recommended by CIQ in 2008 to American FDA.On the past few years, the company has been certified with ISO9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, KOSHER, HALAL, and has also successfully passed the examination by US FDA.
The company enjoys its fame both at home and abroad, exporting mainly to Americans, Europe, South-East Asia etc. It has now become one of the major suppliers to world Top 500 industries as well as other internationally famous industries. It also has the right to import and export on its own. We register an US company in Fremont, California in 2014.

The company possesses its own vegetable farmland of 30,000 mu(about 4,942 acres)mainly growing garlic and onion. The farm has been strictly inspected and tested to meet the requirements of being natural and harmless. We rigidly follow the GAP agricultural operative regulations to select seeds, cultivate, fertilize, and spray pesticide as well as management of the fields. Moreover, from the inspection and approval of the raw materials to the entire manufacturing process, and to the output of the finished products, the whole course is monitored by the engineers of Quality Control Department, thus leading to all-directional and entire-course control and management.
We have a standard and multi functional laboratory that can perform specific tests on a product to satisfy clients’needs, eg. microorganism, moisture, color, mesh size, SO2(sulfur dioxide), hot water-insoluble solid, acid insoluble ash sediment, etc. To ensure the authenticity and reliability of test results, we regularly compare our analysis with that of SGS’s, SINO’s or CIQ’s as well as clients’.
