Quinoline Yellow / aluminum lakes

Vidhi dyestuffs manufactures wide range of food colour products which includes quinoline yellow. It belongs to synthetic water solubles / aluminium lakes products category. It is prepared by sulfonating 2-(2-quinolyl) indan-1,3-dione. It consists essentially of sodium salts of a mixture of disulfonates (principally), monosulfonates and trisulfonates of the above compound and subsidiary colouring matters together with sodium chloride and/or sodium sulfate as the principal uncoloured components. It is a free -flowing blendable powder, free from lumps or visible impurities. It is a Kosher & halal certified.
