Raw Coconut Chip

Product description

Raw coconut chips are thick, wide and flat pieces of white coconut meat that are gently dehydrated at low temperatures to help retain their natural oils and coconut flavour. With a mild sweetness, distinctive tropical taste and natural crunch, raw coconut chips offer a more substantial texture and visual appeal than traditional desiccated coconut.

Suitable for both sweet and savoury applications, raw coconut chips can be used in baked goods such as cakes and macaroons, as well as trail mixes, muesli and smoothie bowls. They can also be enjoyed as a standalone snack or used as a crunchy topping for salads and other dishes.

Available in conventional and organic varieties, as well as SO₂-treated and SO₂-free options. Industrial packaging is available in 25lb, 50lb, 100lb and 25kg kraft paper bags.
