Company description

The Salzbrücke is an innovative competence center for the refinement of dried vegetable raw materials for the food industry and for wholesalers.

We unite the companies Astaxa GmbH, Salata AG and KVT GmbH under one roof and specialize in product safety, cleaning, germ reduction and processing of many plant-based raw materials such as fruit, tea, spices, mushrooms, vegetables and the pre-cooking of legumes, where we are quality leaders.

In a continuous improvement process, we are constantly working on the development of new processes and new products. Among other things, we look at successfully developed and applied concepts for storage protection treatment and for germ reduction.

The effectiveness of our newly developed processes is certified.
