Sanyuan LIHUA BIO-TECH Co., Ltd. was founded on December 25, 2006, located in Lingqian Town, Sanyuan County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, China. The company is a wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiary of Shaanxi Yuanbang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 45 million. We have been certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, Technological SME and Specialized & Innovative Enterprise in China. We hold the official SC food production license and strictly implement GMP quality management standards throughout the whole production process.Our factory covers a total land area of over 60,000 square meters. We have built fully enclosed pipeline production lines, Class A explosion-proof workshops for extraction, concentration and alcohol precipitation, as well as Class D clean purification zones. Independent warehouses including raw material storage, auxiliary material warehouse, finished product warehouse, cool storage and refrigeration storage are fully equipped. Meanwhile, we have an independent quality control laboratory with complete testing equipment. The whole production chain includes raw material sorting, washing, crushing, low-temperature extraction, macroporous resin purification, vacuum concentration and spray drying. The full pipeline operation completely avoids cross-contamination between different batches and different materials. Our annual production capacity for standardized botanical extracts reaches more than 600 metric tons.We focus deeply on the R&D, production and sales of natural plant active ingredients. Our main products include bilberry extract, grape seed extract, anthocyanin, proanthocyanidin, silymarin, resveratrol, polygonum cuspidatum extract, phosphatidylserine, dihydroquercetin, purple corn extract, ginseng extract and more than 100 kinds of standardized herbal extracts and plant monomer compounds. Our raw materials are widely applied in health food, dietary supplements, solid beverages, food additives, cosmetic raw materials and feed additives. We also carry out standardized Chinese herbal planting and bulk purchasing of agricultural raw materials. We accept customized extraction, contract manufacturing, toll processing and formula development projects according to clients’ technical specifications.The company owns full import and export rights for all commodities and technologies. Our products comply with Chinese food safety regulations, Pharmacopoeia standards, as well as the raw material requirements for dietary supplements in Europe, America, Japan and Southeast Asia. We export steadily to markets across Asia, Europe and North America. Supported by a number of authorized invention patents on extraction and purification technology, we keep upgrading our production process to ensure stable purity, good solubility and consistent batch quality for all products.
