Senson ingredients are based on cereals and pulses providing the best harvest
in the arctic climate. Through our processes we enable the most effective
and versatile utilization of the various properties of our raw-materials barley,
oat, faba bean, rye and wheat. For food industry Senson’s nutritionally rich ingredients
deliver more colour, taste, texture, nutrition, cost-efficiency and allow development
of whole new product categories.
In
our portfolio we have specialties like gluten free extracts, plant-based
beta-amylase enzyme, umami bean extract but as well regular malt and cereal
extracts. These are used widely in bakery, brewery, confectionery, savoury,
snacks, convenience food applications, as well as plant-based meat and dairy
alternatives.
