Senson Gluten Free series are gluten free liquid malt extracts containing less than 20 ppm of gluten. In terms of color or taste, there is no difference between gluten free liquid malt extracts and traditional liquid malt extracts.
The products from our Gluten Free series are typically used to enhance the flavor, colour and structure in gluten free foods, such as bakery products, beverages, breakfast cereals and snacks. Gluten free malt extracts have similar nutritional and technological performance as regular malt extracts, only the gluten is removed. Extracts are clean label and produced according to high quality, food safety, environmental and ethical standards. Each batch of gluten free malt extract is analysed at packaging stage to verify the gluten free status.
