Product description
IBS (Irritable bowel disease) is an unmet medical need! A lot of treatments, but patient's compliance and comfort are not always and properly met.
Some probiotic strains can have a role on management of IBS symptoms, acting just where disease born, the gut.
Cerbios formulated its probiotic strain SF68 with butyrate, a postbiotic known to reduce symptoms of IBS (pain, gas, disorder), adding also Methylfolate (biologically active form of folic acid), in order to target different mechanisms of IBS genesis.
Preclinical evidences demonstrate efficacy on prevent but also manage IBS signs.
Clinical trial on going on humans.
