Shanghai Fuxin Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai in 1988 with registered capital of US$15 million. It is one of the four legal and designated saccharin manufacturers in China.

Fuxin Chemical is headquartered in Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, with factories located in Fuk Wo Industrial Building, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, and the Hangzhou Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shanghai. Sales offices are located in Zhongyi Business Building, Putuo District, Shanghai, and in the Lubei Chemical Industrial Park, Shandong.
