Sodium citrate

RZBC Group provides wide range of citric acid series which includes sodium citrate. It is colorless or white crystalline powder. It is inodorous and tastes cool-salt. It loses crystal water at 150℃ and decomposes at a temperature. It dissolves in water, but not ethanol. Application: trisodium citrate dihydrate is used to enhance flavor and maintain stability of active ingredients in foods and beverages. In detergent industry, it can replace sodium tripolyphosphate as a kind of assistant. It can also be used in fermentation, injection, photography and metal plating. Package: the packing of sodium citrate includes 25kg net, 500kg net and 1000kg net per bag with or without pallet. Storage: kept in a light-proof, well-closed, dry and cool place.
