Solein originates from a natural, non‑modified single‑cell organism discovered in Nordic nature, and it is produced through gas fermentation, a groundbreaking production method completely independent of land use, weather, or climate conditions. We feed the microbe as you would feed a plant, but instead of watering and fertilising it, we use mere air and electricity.
