Soya Protein Hydrolysate is the mixture of amino acids prepared by splitting a protein with acid, alkali, or enzyme. It provides the nutritive equivalent of the original material in the form of its constituent amino acids and is used as nutrient and fluid replenishes in special diets. Titan Biotech’s soya Protein hydrolysate is available in two forms that are casein (liquid & powder both) and Soya (liquid & powder both) of different concentrations. The basic difference between casein and soya protein hydrolysate is that protein hydrolysate(casein) is extracted from milk and protein hydrolysate(soya) is extracted from soya. Application of soya protein hydrolysate in sports medicine is widely popular because its consumption allows amino acids to be absorbed by the body more rapidly than intact proteins, thus maximizing nutrient delivery to muscle tissues.
