OPTISAN is a natural phosphate alternative designed for meat and sausage applications. It enhances water binding, significantly reduces cooking losses, and delivers juicy, firm and homogenous texture in both injection and immersion processing.

Its strong water-holding capacity ensures minimal drip loss, high yield, and consistent product quality without the use of conventional phosphates. The process remains scalable, efficient and reliable for industrial production.

OPTISAN is fully E-number-free and can be declared as a natural flavouring, enabling genuine Clean Label formulations without compromising yield, process stability or sensory quality.
