The combination of vacuum and saturated steam enables rapid sterilization or pasteurization of these delicate products at relative low temperatures. The aim of this process is that your product, once treated, will be free of any other contamination; at the same time, it avoids the deterioration of goods caused by the use of improper treatments such as irradiation or fumigation.
