Sweetened Coconut

Product description

Sweetened desiccated coconut is produced by adding sugar to desiccated coconut, creating a softer texture and balanced sweetness while retaining a rich, natural coconut flavour. It is a versatile ingredient that can be incorporated directly into a wide range of sweet and savoury applications. Suitable for baking applications such as macaroons, cakes, cookies and pastries, sweetened desiccated coconut can also be used as a coating for fried foods or as a topping for ice cream, desserts and confectionery.

Available in a range of grades, including Fine, Medium, Flake, Fancy Shred and Raw Coconut Chip. Conventional and organic options are available, as well as SO₂-treated and SO₂-free varieties. Packaging is available in 10lb, 25lb and 50lb bulk cartons.
