The Chilli Doctor is a BRCGS accredited company offering a one-stop-shop for bulk chilli ingredients from named varieties. Our product range consists of fermented Capsicum Mash, Hot Filled Capsicum Paste and Dehydrated Capsicum  (Whole, Granules and Powders).
By having built great relationships with our growers and producers from around the globe, we can guarantee full traceability of the chillies from field to factory. We supply our range of Capsicum Products to an extensive range of customers from large food manufacturers to smaller start up artisanal producers worldwide. Provenance continues to be a key driver as consumer interest of where their food comes from continues.
