Lactalis Ingredients is the supplier of milk powders (skimmed and whole) for food industries.
Whole milk powder is obtained by spray-drying pasteurised milk. It contains between 26% and 40% milk fat (by weight) on an “as is” basis. Vitamin fortification of whole milk powder is also possible.

Whole milk powder plays an important role in the manufacture of a wide range of food products. It can be used in reconstituted dairy products such as yoghurt and milk drinks, but also as a source of fat and non-fat milk solids in confectionery and baked goods.

- Fortified with vitamins (A, D, etc.)
- Available in 26% and 28% fat
