Umamamias' product UmamiFix is packed full of umami, certified organic, clean-label, and made from peas and salt. It has an umami level equivalent to parmesan cheese and enables food producers to add umami depth and richness to any dish in a clean way. Our innovation only adds umami and does not have any of the typical flavors associated with umami products, making the use of our product very versatile in food applications. We make legumes taste exquisite by understanding and replicating the natural bio process occurring in nature using biotechnology.
