Kabosu Juice (Frozen, Unpasteurised, 100% Japanese Origin) Our kabosu juice is a premium citrus ingredient produced in Japan from carefully selected kabosu fruit grown in Oita Prefecture, which accounts for the vast majority of global production and is renowned for its consistent quality and authentic origin. Extracted from fresh kabosu through a controlled process of washing, pressing, and filtration, the juice retains its natural composition without the addition of additives, ensuring a clean-label, non-GMO and allergen-free product. Kabosu juice is characterized by a tart and refreshing flavor profile, combining a clean citrus acidity with a distinctive fresh, minty-lime fragrance. Compared to other citrus fruits, it offers a balanced acidity (less sharp than lemon, more nuanced than lime), making it highly versatile across a wide range of applications. Supplied in frozen format (–18°C or below), the product ensures excellent flavor preservation and long shelf life (up to 5 years), while maintaining the fresh aroma and natural characteristics of the fruit.
