Our frozen yuzu peel is a premium citrus ingredient sourced from renowned growing regions in Japan, including Fukuoka and Ehime Prefectures. Produced from 100% yuzu peel, it retains the fruit’s naturally high essential oil content, delivering the fresh, intense, and distinctive aroma of authentic Japanese yuzu.
The peel is carefully sorted, trimmed, washed, and frozen without unnecessary processing. Naturally non-GMO, allergen-free, and clean-label, it offers excellent flexibility for further processing, including cutting, blending, infusion, and extraction.
