PANEMEX is an expert in the preparation of seeds and cereals for bakery products drawing its origins in milling.

At the beginning of the 1990s, the company decided to diversify and started selling seeds for the decoration of special breads. Very quickly, the preparation and sale of seeds became PANEMEX’s main activity.

In line with our proximity and social responsibility values, our production tool has been the subject of regular investments and expansions, always just a few meters away from the family mill where everything started.

Specialized in visual, taste and texture ingredients for bakery products, PANEMEX offers a wide range of seeds, cereal flakes, dried fruit cubes, mueslis and seed & fruit mixes for special breads, both conventional and organic, for professionals and the food industry.
