·         DAHI+ is a mixture of thermophilic and mesophilic lactic acid bacteria that ensure the achievement of a good mild ferment product. The presence of Lactococcus and Leuconostoc determines the trait flavour of this traditional product. These characteristics ensure the eternal mummy’s original taste!

  ·         SKYR+ Composed by Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidum bacterium animalis lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus strains. This is a mixture of original Island strains.
