Made from green acerola, harvested at the stage when its natural vitamin C is at its highest, this is our most vitamin C-rich ingredient, with a minimum of 17,000 mg per 100 g. It is the natural choice for vitamin C extraction and for brands replacing synthetic ascorbic acid with a fruit-based, clean-label source. Its clear, pulp-free format also suits functional beverages and clear juices where vitamin C content is the selling point. Every drum is identified by batch and drum number, linking each delivery to its production lot and analytical records at our plant in Ceará, Brazil.
