Our extract harnesses the phytochemical richness of fermented radish (Raphanus sativus L.), emphasizing its unique organosulfur compounds, antioxidants, and bioactive metabolites to deliver a functional ingredient with deep cultural roots, including modulation of cell cycle progression—particularly G2/M phase arrest—and suppression of inflammatory signaling pathways in cellular models.
