GPI VanGuard DV-X2 is a dry, vinegar-based all-natural preservative used in clean-label food products like processed meats, sauces, dressings, and ready-to-eat refrigerated products.

Effective at inhibiting spoilage bacteria and Listeria Monocytogenes
Extends shelf-life of fresh or processed meat and seafood products.
Used as a natural preservative for clean-label refrigerated prepared food
Does not denature proteins or alter texture
Improves flavor
pH of 4.5 - 6.5
Organic version available in liquid form
