ATA Mg

ATA Mg® is an innovative complex combining 93% acetylated taurine and 6.5% magnesium. This compound contains one magnesium atom bound to two molecules of taurine, whose amine group has been acetylated. The acetylation gives ATA Mg® a lipophilic character, facilitating its penetration into cells and passage through the blood-brain barrier, thereby increasing intracellular levels of taurine and magnesium. ATA Mg® offers a solution for improving conditions such as anxiety, stress, and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). A clinical study has shown that this complex significantly reduces over 20 symptoms associated with PMS.
