Azelis has opened a new food application kitchen in Prague to provide value added formulation support to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Hungary for all food and beverage applications.

The new lab will provide R&D and on-going formulation support for its range of speciality food ingredients.

“Dedicated sales, marketing and technical support of innovative ingredients forms the cornerstone of our food and health business and we are continually looking to improve our value added service,” said Jakub Matys, Regional Managing Director Azelis CEE. “We are very happy to have this first class facility to support our customers and principals in the development of new recipes/formulations and are certain that the new application kitchen will result in extra business opportunities.”

Azelis said that its food technologists will explore new application concepts and develop tasty and healthy recipes to meet the food mega-trends of clean and clear labels that consumers are looking for.
