Raw Material SourceMade from premium black pepper from India. Adopt supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology, no solvent residue, physically separate raw material into two distinctive fractions: black pepper oleoresin and black pepper essential oil. CAS NO: 8006-82-4.
Product FeatureBlack Pepper Oleoresin: Golden yellow viscous liquid, rich non‑volatile resin & fat components. It has full-bodied, warm and lasting pepper spicy flavour, good retention of flavour.
Black Pepper Essential Oil: Clear yellow-green transparent liquid, volatile aromatic fraction. Fresh sharp spicy top note, high aroma intensity, easy to release fragrance.
During supercritical CO2 extraction process, oleoresin and essential oil will form two layers and can be collected separately.
