Blackbork B.V. is a European specialist in tapioca starch, supplying food manufacturers and industrial customers throughout Europe and the United Kingdom.

Our focus is simple: reliable supply, consistent quality and competitive solutions for customers using tapioca starch in their production processes.

We source tapioca starch from carefully selected and GFSI-certified production partners in Asia (Thailand and Vietnam) and manage the supply chain from origin to our customers in Europe. By maintaining strategically located warehouse stocks in both the European Union and the United Kingdom, we are able to offer short lead times, flexible quantities and reliable year-round availability.

Our tapioca starch is used across a wide range of food applications, including bakery, snacks, sauces, soups, coatings, meat products, dairy alternatives and other processed foods where clean texture, binding, thickening or improved product performance is required.

Blackbork combines direct sourcing with local European stock and service. This allows our customers to benefit from the advantages of working close to the source, without having to manage long-distance imports, container quantities, customs procedures or extended lead times themselves.

Quality and food safety are key priorities. Our products are supplied according to European food safety requirements and are supported by the relevant product specifications, certificates of analysis and food safety documentation. We work with established producers operating under internationally recognised GFSI food safety certification schemes.

With warehouses in the EU and UK, Blackbork can support customers with anything from regular pallet deliveries to full truckload and container volumes.
