Newtra Food broccoli powder is part of our range of 100% plant-based, Made in Italy powdered products.
Broccoli powder retains the natural color and authentic flavor of fresh broccoli and can be used in the production of bread, pasta, gnocchi, gluten-free pasta, plant-based products and instant meals.
A dosage of up to 3% improves the nutritional, nutraceutical and sensory profile of foods.
Remarkable results have been achieved and scientifically validated on fresh pasta, dried pasta, gluten-free pasta and gnocchi. The studies showed greater retention after cooking of nutrients such as fiber and protein, and of nutraceutical compounds such as antioxidants and polyphenols, compared with a standard product.
