    Brückner-Werke KG is a leading manufacturer of dehydrated potatoes in Europe. A close relationship with regional growers and a high standard in their own plant gains Brückner-Werke has a good reputation worldwide. The name Brückner also represents expertise in the area of re-processed air- and freeze-dried vegetables, herbs and fruits. Carefully sourced raw materials are cleaned, re-processed and packaged in our plants in Nortorf, Altendorf and Stadelhofen. 
    The range of services also includes co-packing and co-manufacturing activities as well as a large assortment of trekking meals and field rations. 
    Our factories produce also a wide range of dry soups, sauces, dumplings, potatoe mixes and desserts.
