Dried vegetables & herbs

For us, it is about the trend towards healthier eating and it’s about simple and convenient preparation. Due to our close co-operation with the producers in the countries of origin we have a direct influence on the quality of our vegetables.
Our vegetables are gently air- or freeze-dried, while retaining their vitamin content. This means that they retain their flavour as well as their valuable ingredients. 
We select, granulate, chop and blend the products exactly how you would like them. So you can either choose your desired type of vegetable or you can have a blend to create something a little more unique to your company.
Vegetables:
Onions / bell peppers / tomatoes / carrots / parsnips / leek / spring onions / asparagus / beetroot / spinach / broccoli / garden peas / beans / horseradish
Mushrooms:
Champignons / black fungus / boletus edulis
In addition to classic regional kitchen herbs:
