Single-origin beans sourced in the Solomon Islands, roasted, winnowed, crushed kernal of the seeds of Amelanado and Trinitario cacao tree. Handcrafted into chocolate pieces in New Zealand.  No preservatives, additives, allergens of chemically sensitive ingredients.Statement of Allergen We hereby certify that our Cacao Nibs are 100% cacao nibs and do not contain any of the following key allergens: • Cereals containing gluten and their products. • Crustacea and crustacean products • Egg and egg products • Fish and fish products (including mollusk with or without shells and fish oils) • Lupin and lupin products • Milk and milk products • Peanut and peanut products • Sesame seed and sesame seed products • Soybean and soybean products • Tree nuts and tree nut products • Sulphites, present in ingredients, additives, or processing aids. There are no additives or preservatives in our product. Our cacao nibs come from naturally grown trees and are NOT genetically modified
