Barry Callebaut has announced that it has successfully closed the acquisition of Italian specialties and decorations company D’Orsogna Dolciaria. The integration will start immediately.

D’Orsogna Dolciaria brings unique capabilities that will enable us to offer more value added to our Food Manufacturers and Gourmet customers, especially in the ice-cream and dairy market segments.”

The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details of the transaction.
