Campden BRI has announced a seminar that it says will present the latest information on current issues relating to the development of soft and low alcohol drinks.

Retail shelves are stocked with an abundance of new beverage products, the company notes, including recent launches of low alcohol fruit drinks or no/low alcohol beers, lagers and ciders. The speed of technological innovation, public health policies and changing consumer tastes, Campden continues, makes keeping ahead of the competition a challenge. “Innovation in soft and alcoholic drinks”, to be held at Hotelympia 2016, Excel, Docklands, London on 1 March, will present the latest information on current issues relating to the development of soft and low alcohol drinks, including topics such as market trends, processing and packaging technologies, microbiological stability, relevant legislation and public health issues.

There will also be an industry case study on developing a new low alcohol beverage.

The seminar, says Campden BRI, represents a great opportunity for manufacturers of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks to meet and discuss areas of mutual interest.
