Product description

Çemsan Disc Mills: The mills are designed with a quick belt change feature, with efficiency and simplified maintenance of the drive belts in mind, resulting in less downtime. Belts can be changed without moving the shaft of the machine. This maintains proper disc and shaft alignment. All parts in contact with the process are stainless steel (316) for increased operating life. Mill plates are cast in segmental form for ease of replacement and are balanced in sets.
Plate position is adjusted by a manual controlled hand wheel.
The bearings are grease lubricated.
