TEX™ 626 has unique rheological profile which makes it very
suitable as an instant, cold water soluble, low viscous, non gelling
functional ingredient with excellent film forming properties. The excellent
solution stability guarantees the required rheological stability in liquid
food systems where it can be used also as complex carbohydrate source with a
low DE-value. CRYSTAL TEX™ 626 is quite bland in taste and
relatively bland in colour.
