With good emulsion stability, they are the optimal fat source in various application such as filled milk, nutritional blend, bakery, seasoning premixes, sauces, ice cream, dairy blends, processed meat etc.
CFG offers Micro-encapsulation Nutritional Lipids ( High ALA Sacha Inchi Oil, MCT , Chia, Sunflower , Canola , Olive , CLA , Flaxseed , Soybean Oil , Plant Based Omega , etc) that also provide optional of Vegan and Keto (i.e carrier such as Acacia , Gum Arabic , Soluble Fiber , etc ). The Vegan and Keto range of fat powder could also come with Clean Label and Organic option.
CFG expanding the capabilities by added additional state-of-the-art FILTERMAT Spray Drying manufacturing line into the group that is dedicated for production of Encapsulated DHA ( Tuna , Algae , Hoki , etc), Encapsulated CaHMB , GOS / FOS ( Infant Grade compliance ), Food For Special Medical Purpose , etc.
CFG product portfolio extends to instant cold water soluble creamer , fat for filled milk , vegan creamer / fat powder , fiber creamer , foaming creamer , instant coconut powder , sweetened condensed creamer , all engineered to deliver both convenience and stability of shelf life.CFG reach extends further to another manufacturing site that specializes in vacuum band drying technology producing chocolate malt powder , chocolate malt crunch , malted milk powder , malt extract powder and honey powder for various applications e.g beverages , confectionery , bakery , savoury etc. The same manufacturing site also producing cereal in flakes and powder form, oats derivative products, for nutritional and beverage application.
