Daabon Group, #1 in the world in the ranking of sustainable palm oil companies

Daabon has once again achieved the top rank globally, outperforming 100 participants with an impressive score of 95.6% according to the London Zoological Society’s SPOTT tool. This tool rigorously evaluates palm oil producers and traders, focusing on the transparency of their operations and their dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. 

In its most recent report, the SPOTT platform, an initiative of SZL (Zoological Society of London), ranked the Colombian company Grupo Daabon as the number 1 in the palm oil category after reviewing its transparency in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies. SPOTT evaluated 100 palm oil producers, processors, and traders regarding their public disclosure of organizational, policy, and sustainability-related practices and environmental, social, and governance issues (ESG).

Daabon reclaimed the top spot, growing by 8.1 points since the last measurement and reaching a total score of 95.6%. Additionally, it stands out for monitoring global media coverage of the evaluated companies, thanks to its transcending-border positioning through sustainable practices that protect natural resources, the environment, and communities.
