Color: Light yellow to cream white 
Flavor/Odour: Typical of apple, free from off or bjectionable flavours/odours

Moisture: ≤7% or 15-18% 
SO2: ≤600ppm or ≤300ppm or ≤50ppm

Microbiological Standards:
Total Plate Count: 500,000/g Max. 
E.coli: 10/g Max. 
Salmonella: Negative
