Flavor/Odour: Typical of apple, free from off or bjectionable flavours/odours

Chemical & Physical Standards:
Moisture: 15-17% or 20-22% 
SO2: ≤1500ppm or ≤600ppm or ≤300ppm or ≤50ppm

Microbiological Standards:
Total Plate Count: 500,000/g Max. 
E.coli: 10/g Max. 
Salmonella: Negative
