They are scientiffically proven to stimulate body-own processes and improve the metabolism of collagen - the important structural protein in the human body. They contain no fat, carbohydrates, gluten, purines or cholesterol and are also non-allergenic. They are soluble in cold water, can be poured and dosed dust-free and have perfect flow properties. In powder form they can be easily mixed with other ingredients and have excellent wetting and dissolving properties when stirred into liquids – even in high concentrations. In their natural form they are odorless and taste-neutral and do not react with other ingredients; they are thus suitable for a wide range of different applications - from dietary products to functional foods to food supplements and beverages.
