Demineralised whey powder 70%

Demineralised whey powder, spray dried, is the product from the removal of water and 70% of the minerals from fresh sweet whey, the byproduct of natural cheese manufacturing. The product is in compliance with the standards and regulations for food safety in the country of origin and Codex Alimentarius. The product is packed in a 25 kg net weight multi walled kraft paper bag with a polyethylene liner. Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment, protected from moisture and foreign odours.
