Exandal is the largest producer and exporter of Tara Gum in the world. Tara Gum is a hydrocolloid and a food ingredient used as a stabilizer, thickener and emulsifier in dairy, bakery, meat and other food applications. Tara Gum is the best replacer of LBG and a partial replacer of Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum among other food gums.

The company is headquartered in Florida-USA with commercial offices and warehouses located in all continents. Our state of the art production plant is located in Peru. Our products are BRC, HACCP, ISO, GMP, Fair Choice, Gluten-Free, Halal and Kosher.
